My brother bought some roses for our mother on his way back from work. This year her birthday falls on Mother’s Day in Japan.

By the way I’ve been struggling to figure out the difference between ‘any’ and ‘every’. This photo gave me another example of ‘any’ but I found it not so helpful for my study.
