The Minute Book was something the Company Secretary maintained with pride.

In today’s fast and furious world most company records are held electronically and not maintained beyond the minimum statutory period.

Future researchers into Company History will have the daunting task of searching multiple files recorded on an annual basis and could easily be lost beyond the minimum requirement.
