Kitchen Confidential

I was a fan of Anthony Bourdain - I still am.  I lost my copy of Kitchen Confidential years ago and I wanted to reread it.  So I ordered a new copy.  It has handwritten notes in it for the edition I bought - they were definitely not in the original.

He's not for the faint hearted.

It was Monday and the weather Mondayed and I survived.  That's all I can hope for.
