Red Nose Lemon Drizzle Cake

We are having a bake off on Friday for Red Nose Day. This is a trial run for the following Friday's event that is being run by HR. They wouldn't allow our unit to have the event, as it wasn't HR that thought of the idea so we are having a trial run to try and raise some more money. Not sure I will be entering both, as it was our units idea in the first place. Very small-minded I know but HR doesn't have good credibility at the moment.

This is a snap of my entry. A Lemon & Lime drizzle cake. Ended up coming home to bake this instead of going to the gym.
