Endangered

I saw this sign on a fence at a property not too far from us. The native Australian Bandicoot is an endangered species, mainly due to loss of habitat.

Bandicoots are a group of more than 20 species of small to medium-sized, terrestrial marsupial omnivores that look like big friendly rats. They are endemic to the Australia–New Guinea region.
