Plum blossom time

Last year we planted four fruit trees at the allotment, apple, cherry, pear and plum. They've all survived our worst winter for years and today I noticed we had blossom. Colin and I spent the afternoon at the allotment on a beautiful spring day where the temperature reached 15 degrees, positively warm in the sunshine. It was the first time we'd be able to enjoy time there for a couple of weeks. So good for the soul!
