‘Abandoned’

This afternoon, I spotted this child’s bike at the western end of the 2 mile promenade along the Firth of Forth at Cramond. 

Chained to a notice board, it looks as if it’s been there for some time. The grass and weeds are beginning to take over.

I wonder how it got left there and why it hasn’t been reclaimed?
