The builders apparently like coming to us. Good coffee and the occasional round of bacon sandwiches seem to be a winner.

Charlie and Perry are putting in the studwork for the insulation and plasterboard for the garage to be converted into the utility and office / spare room. A day where it feels like progress is being made because you can start to see rooms taking shape.
