Resting.....

....and soaking up the sunshine.  A perfect winters day - heavy frost followed by wall to wall sunshine.

I did the supermarket shopping early this morning, followed by some time in the kitchen.   I made  an Apple and Walnut Cake and prepared the filling for cheese rolls.  All in aid of morning tea tomorrow, I'm hosting our district craft group.
Tonight I've Book Club - just as sooner stay home really, going out in the cold isn't my favourite pastime but has to be done.
