Melon and prosciutto crudo

Woke up to wet snow, as predicted, so another bleak day. Saw pictures of many friends enjoying themselves in the sun in Singapore at dragon boating
and while it was good seeing them all I felt so sad, missing them and Singapore so much. So, what to do to cheer me up, nice food will always help a bit.
It's not Mother's Day on the Continent (for us continentals and pretty much the rest of the world except the UK and some Common Wealth countries that's always the second Sunday in May), so I was cooking.
Melon and prosciutto crudo as starter and tagliatelle alla mama as the main course.Had a giggle about the words on the pack of prosciutto crudo: translated it said " made from pigs born and raised in Italy and made artisanally, I'd like to know how pigs are made artisanally ;-)
