My Life With Luna

Alexanders, a tall biennial plant growing on the field margins where we walked today.
Apparently all parts of the plant are edible and it's flavour is between celery and parsley.    It is also good fodder feed for horses.
The plant was introduced to Britain by the Romans who called it 'pot herb of Alexandria'.    (Information courtesy of Wikipedia).
