Learning to fend for themselves

The starling fledglings that I photographed a few days ago  https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2838115692954257905 screaming for food from their parents have now been sent away to fend for themselves.  The parents didn't come to the feeder at all today and my home made fat ball remains intact
