Gyoza for tonight!

I've been preparing Gyoza for dinner. I am still in the middle of it, but I took a photo for my blip for today before it gets dark.

Gyoza is originally Chinese food. We eat them a lot in Japan and I love them. I found some ingredients in Koreatown the other day. Nothing special... chopping, mixing and wrapping only... but it is time consuming and I finally managed to find time do this.

It consists of ground meat and vegetables such as chives and cabbages, and is wrapped into thinly rolled dough. I like adding some sesame oil and oyster sauce in the filling meat. I can be eaten both steamed and pan fried.

I'd better go back to the kitchen and finish wrapping them up...
