Biophilic Design

It's been a tricky week what with builder traumas and lots going on at work. At work I have been particularly busy marking a load of final year dissertations. One of these was about biophilic design. This is the idea that (to simplify) we will feel better if within and without the built environment we better connect with nature. Personally I am sure that there is something in this. Due to being so busy, I haven't been out much and am not getting in my daily 10k steps. And I feel the worse for it. So..... stretching a point, Penny sent me this lovely photo from her walk this morning. Which, although somewhat vicariously, gave me a link with nature. Every little helps as Tesco says (in a completely different capacity).
