An exceptionally cold and windy Welsh beach.

A trip to Harlech Castle with our Canadian visitor and a blustery stroll on the beach. The sun was just beginning to break through, but the bitter wind which was whipping up the sand was very painful.
I have always loved the stripes and layers of beach photographs and have a vast collection of shots like this!
