Cogra Moss panorama.

We walked around Cogra Moss this morning...mostly in the pouring rain! ( 2 hours )

Half way round, we sat and ate our picnic lunch in a heavy downpour...soggy peanutbutter/marmite/cheese&salad rolls.

Cogra Moss used to be a reservoir, made by daming Rakegill Beck...but it is now just used for fishing. It lies beneath the Wainwright called Blake, near the village of Lamplugh, which is 7 miles South of Cockermouth.
