Racerunning development academy

So they have training sessions every now and they’re called Paralympic development academy sessions. PDA for short. It’s a nice environment where us young athletes can meet up and work towards the big goal. The Paralympics!
Today’s session was in Leeds and I’d never been to this track before. I would definitely rate it a 10/10 for artistic reasons. As you can see!
I came down with Jamie my PA. He’s a great person to do racerunning with because he’s really passionate about training.
