Brisbane!

Martin and I made a trip to the outlet mall at Harbour Town, Helensvale, to look for a suit and shoes for him. He’s got an event to attend tonight, and interviews coming up soon, and although our container has arrived and has cleared customs, we can’t get to our stuff cause we’ve sent it to storage.

Mission accomplished after some serious hunting, back to the unit to pick up the boys and head into Brisbane.

Our first trip into the city since we’ve been here. It was really good to drive in and appreciate the changes and development.

We dropped Martin off and the boys and I walked around Queen Street mall, out to Southbank by Brisbane river. It was freezing out there, so we didn’t stay too long.

Martin finished his event and joined us for dinner. We had a lovely meal in the heart of Brisbane. This is his city and it was lovely to enjoy it with him.
