Hippos bathing

Bath Time!

The sun was rising to begin a new day and that can only mean one thing for these hippos.

Bath time:)

They had awaken from their sleepy slumber and came together in the water, communicating as they went.

I never realised how big they are! And the noises they make.. Well!

We sat and watched them for a while as they did their morning routine but at a distance as one was getting a bit territorial!
