Argo Blip Yourself

An uneventful blip for a rather more uneventful day.

After being out at the gig last night, tonight was stay in with a movie and a beer. Got the Argo BR in HMV for pretty cheap.

I really enjoyed it. I'm glad it won the best picture nod. It manages to cover serious political issues but without being overly portentous about it. It's not too long, it's funny in places and it is really tense.
Part of the reason for that is of course that a large majority of it is entirely fictional. There is certainly a large degree of dramatic license.

It's worth reading the original article though that inspired the film.
