Red pepper

for Tuesday’s vegetable theme. I was going to do radishes but thought the red pepper had more interest. Radish was the first thing I grew at the age of 8, was desperate to grow flowers and eventually had a tiny patch to sow seeds. Being just after the war people grew as much as they could.
