Special

We had our first face to face Pilates session today for about five months. It was so nice to actually see each other again rather than do the class in our sitting rooms! Laura, the Pilates instructor, gave each of us a yellow rose as a thank you for staying loyal to her and because we are all ‘special’ people. Aah, what a nice start to the day.
