California Poppy

Looking forward to a host of these later!

Another on/off rain/sunny day, but in the end the sun stayed out with blue skies and managed an hour in the garden. Nice. Planted a small hedge with bushes grown from self sown seedlings: 2 hollies, a hazel, a cherry and 2 laurels which were bought!. I hoping that these will block off the view from the back lane into our garden though to be fair the view is difficult once the trees are fully greened!
