Mystery device

and passer-by observing the nutter taking a picture of the mystery device...
I usually ask for permission but this guy obviously held me in a contempt usually reserved for Jehovah witnesses and TV license inspectors...
The look on his face spoke volumes as he walked passed and I took another shot or two, just to make sure that I had done justice to the not-in-service-mystery-purple-and-yellow device.
I can't wait to find out what it does once it is in service.
I have great faith in Iarnrod Eireann, I am sure that it is going to reach new depths on the pointlessness scale... :)
