... as the Michelin Guides would say. Aberaeron's new one-way system offers a labyrinthine and poorly signed route to the old quay, but the best honey icecream in the west is still there for the determined. (The fishmongers, when it deigns to open, is also magnificent.)

Having left the Peak District earlyish in the morning, and not being at peak fitness, by mid afternoon this was just what I needed before the last leg of my drive back home.
