Black cows, white calves

Thursday
Drove over to Kirkliston to water Steven's plants, after which we had a walk around the Dundas estate. We saw lots of new arrivals - goslings (extras), cygnets, and calves. We also spotted a baby llama (a cria) among a group of llamas in the distance near the castle. We also saw a cormorant perched on a rock at the loch and a couple of pheasants near the golf course.
Rainy afternoon. Visited the library.

Mum rang in the evening to let me know how she got on with her pre-op assessment. Hopefully she's passed and can have her operation next week to fix her arm, which she broke last August.
