FlowerFriday

Weather still awful but no matter, a visit to the wonderful Farfield Mill in Sedbergh lifted our spirits and where we spent a few hours savouring all the crafty delights over its 4 floors and ending with tea and scones in the now open tea room. Then a trundle(in the car) through the Yorkshire Dales National Park up to Hawes taking in the magnificent scenery and the famous Settle-Carlise viaduct. Would have been nicer on a sunny day but still spectacular.
Back at the ranch the rain eased so I took a short walk round the lanes which is where I saw this lovely pink blossom, lots of Welsh poppies, a few bluebells, a Kestrel hovering and some very busy Swallows.

Thanks to BikerBear for hosting our FlowerFriday.
