A friend gave me a delectably easy recipe for gluten free bread; I added white chia seeds to this one (you can just see them). MrJ and I aren't gf purists but feel a lot better when we're using it as a regular part of our diet. The extra is of the loaf itself - it doesn't rise like 'normal' bread but the flavour's nice and it freezes well. The crust looks more like a pavlova than bread crust but it's crisp and tastes yummy.
