Old Life.

Well, relatively.
This may look like new organic life, but no.
These are parsnip stalks.
That were planted in August 2019. They survived the winter, and thrived spring/summer 2020, but ran to seed.
Decided not to lift them, and they have survived another winter, and now thriving again in spring 2021.
Roots look promising, so they will soon be tested in a hot oven, with honey or maple syrup.
Fingers crossed.
Played golf again today: a day to forget. Good exercise and company though, so who can complain?
