Loch a'Ghoille

For a day that started so blinkin' windy and wet, it didn't half clear up in the early evening. This is Loch a'Ghoille, where the place we're staying overlooks (quite literally, given the deck almost overhangs its edge), a wee inland freshwater loch that hopefully we'll get the kayaks out onto at some point, and which I'm praying sees a clear and still night for a reflected star trail shot.

But whatever, even when windy and rainy, there's on appropriate clothing, and walks were still had; birds were sketched; Oystercatchers were annoyed; and (21st century calling) a drag race was watched.

Could not be more pleased to be here, contemplating a work-free Monday.

Extra: "You lookin' at me?" (he's even got De Niro's mohawk...)
