No larking about for me today, or this weekend. The somewhat stressful job evaluation process of two years ago (seeking national levels of equality of pay for support Staff throughout Scottish Colleges) is gradually making progress, but there was a request for additional information for my questionnaire this week, and likewise for some of my colleagues. Not a pleasurable experience being reminded of it all, and trying to remember back to those pre-coronavirus days. Work has been very different this past year, and will never be the same as the information given for the time which the final judgements are based upon.
