Apple and Pear Tart

Still raining, and everything in the garden growing rampant but too wet to deal with. So today I’m making pear and apple tart - dead easy with some readymade puff pastry to hand. This recipe uses ground almonds scattered across the base before topping with the fruit - looking forward to trying it.
