Beginning with 'S'

The lachrimose weather gods did not allow much dry time this morning, and I got plenty wet enough on my little bike ride.
The main shows railway sleepers in front of the stop gates.
Extra 1: Stop - do not pass go. Recent tree damage on the trail.
Extra 2: Hopeful heron. I can't resist taking a pic. whenever I see one.
