Striding out

This morning I went out with the walking group for the first time since lockdown due to a pulled leg muscle then being on holiday.  It was good to get back with  but could tell that I wasn't as fit asI used to be!

Eight of us turned up and we went walking in the hills above Oswestry near Selattyn.  The forecast was for rain all morning but it didn't last long and restarted when we got back to the cars.  How lucky!
