Only shot

A day in bed feeling terrible today. Really sore throat, coughing, achey, dizzy, not nice at all. I slept through a fair bit of it.

It was a bit gutting to miss the last training session with Mr Trotter at Taekwon Do tonight too.

The closest I got to getting out for a photo was sticking teh camera on teh door stop this evening.
