Back-blip

Went for a run in the morning - hit 53 km so finally over half way towards my Running Down Dementia goal!

Went for an evening jaunt to Lynmouth over the moors in the rain and fog... like idiots do in horror films! It was spooky and atmospheric and saw some Exmoor ponies :-)
