A Silver Ribbon

A bit of a cheat today, because I took this picture late last night just before we went to bed -- but it was almost midnight!

The Super Flower Blood Moon -- this year's largest full moon -- was in full force, and cast a bewitching silver trail of reflection on the waters of Mill Cove.  The high tide was very high -- over 11 feet -- and we drifted off to sleep hearing the sloshing of the waves as they slapped against the pilings holding our house above the water.  Another even higher tide is scheduled for shortly before midnight tonight.
