The fourth plinth at Trafalgar square today is showing the installation by the artist Heather Phillipson as it happens, the thirteenth of such. She's called it 'The End', reflecting something about to collapse, an idea born in the time of the EU Referendum and Donald Trump rising to power in 2016.
