Blood Moon

We had friends for dinner last night (Wednesday 26th), which was quite fortuitous as it meant we were up a bit later and could watch the blood moon (when a supermoon  and an eclipse happen at the same time).  Unfortunately, my iPhone wasn’t quite up to capturing it well, but I couldn’t resist using this collage (taken at 11:11pm, 11:12pm and 11:14pm), especially as I hadn’t had an opportunity to take any other blips during the day.  The last time a blood moon occurred was 40 years ago, so I’m certainly not expecting to see another one!
