Say it with flowers

The last time I received flowers as a housewarming, it was Edinburgh August 2010 and work colleagues had been invited over to my house for drinks. The flowers, once fresh but becoming dry, were still as beautiful as ever.

And now, these simple woodland flowers which were offered as a gift, have a tendency to catapult me back in time. I hope they majntain their beauty despite it fading on a different horizon. Regardless, I get to keep them and hold them dear.
