Queen of Spices

Cardamom flavour for a celebration cake.
This spice goes well with lots of foods including apples, rice, meat, drinks and cakes. To release the flavour compounds fat is needed, it’s almost insoluble in water. Therefore my cake will do well with lots of butter!
