Morning Light on Flower White

The early sun on the white bearded iris in the backyard this morning called for a proper camera blip. It was a little chilly out there this morning but the sun warmed things up quickly.  The extra is another visit to the rhododendron with some dramatic backlighting.  I struggled between the two shots for the main blip, but  I like the iris a bit more and I featured rhodo the other day. 

Glad to be blipped and done early.  Off to get some yard work done while the tilers work on our bathroom renovation (or as I've taken to calling it, "the slow mo reno").
