Cosy Hostas

I've always been reluctant to grow hostas because of our slug population.  But I do like them (the hostas, not the slugs).  So I've potted some and surrounded them with wool pellets.  A bit like wrapping them around with a cosy woollen scarf.  Apparently, the slugs dont like this.  We'll see.
