Thursday
A quick trip to the gyle first thing - can't remember the last time we were there. Got a couple of things in m&s to take down to mum at the weekend.
Brightened up mid-morning and I spent the rest of day in the garden, planting out stuff that's ready, and hoping they don't get eaten by the slugs, or dug up by the squirrels.
Mike phoned in the evening to let me know that mum was okay after her operation and back on the ward.
