Calm before the (snow) storm

I took this photo in Maidstone just before getting in the car and making my way back to Holland.

The train was delayed, then I got stuck near the top of the slope up from the train (very embarrassing), then endured one of the most terrifying but tedious journeys of my life. I averaged 40kph for the first 2 hours...and not much higher for the rest. I saw about a dozen accidents. Thought I'd never get home.

Seeing the news this morning it would appear I was one of the lucky ones!
