My favourite oak tree in the world ever!

This tree which must be very ancient is just coming into leaf. At this time last year it was a great discovery in a corner of what used to be a golf course, during the first lockdown, when the world seemed to have gone to pot. It was and is a constant. It is now in a corner of what is called a 'driving range,' so it is fairly safe, in the sense that this should remain green belt land. The tree even has its own water supply. A little burn passes close by.
PS We have oyster catchers nesting on our flat roof.
