Deep purple

I’ve had a busy day, with two long jobs on the lap top, one for the WI and one for Talking Newspaper. Both organisations are making changes as restrictions ease.
We had to buy a new freezer today as our old one packed up. Our local electrical shop were able to deliver a new one today, even taking away the old one, so obliging.
It was pleasant enough today to spend time in the garden. Also mild enough to bring out the greenfly. My roses are too special to be eaten, so I sprayed them.
Luckily greenfly do not like iris.
