Chaffinch

A dull, drizzly day, which has been ideal for preparing for our visitors; our sons are coming home! Cleaning the house, the inside of which has not been seen by anyone other than ourselves for months has been a major undertaking. And how do you cook for more than two? I’ve forgotten. 

So amidst this excitement, blipping has almost been forgotten. I do pop out in the rain and blip some very drippy clematis, but then, as I’m so slow in sorting out my images, the rain eventually clears and the sun comes out, giving me just enough time to blip this little chaffinch. 

I suspect I’m going to fall behind with comments etc this weekend - so apologies in advance!
