Battered Beauty……

We’ve been having rain…. 40mm in our rain gauge since last night. Not enough to cause any problems so far. But I did have to drive through some surface flooding in town this morning. Probably fallen leaves blocking a stormwater drain. I spotted this lonely big leaf on the pavement. It is battered but still beautiful. The weather forecast for Canterbury, south of Marlborough, is horrendous….. on “Red Alert”… Stay safe Canterbury family and friends….
