Morecambe

Travelled to Morecambe ahead of our crack at the Way of the Roses cycle route that starts tomorrow - getting the bikes on and off three lots of train was quite enough exercise for one day! Then there was a lost booking and some bike storage to sort - they ended up spending the night in the stockroom of a neighbouring rock shop. that said, there was still plenty of time to visit the statue of Eric and the disused lido, wander along the front and eat fish and chips on the prom...
